The enormous clubhouse facility will include an array of amenities including an onsite grocery store, state of the art movie theater, game room with billiards tables and a video game area, fitness center with top of the line fitness equipment and a wonderful aquatic center complete with the water park that includes an Olympic size pool, waterslides, fountains, spa and a separate toddler pool. Other outdoor recreational activities are tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground.

Mid Season: Feb, April, Aug, Oct, Nov & Dec. $275/night 
              or $1,900/week+ 13% tax

Gas Grill (no charge) $25 cleaning fee if left dirty.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Deposit and total balance are non refundable unless we can rebook this home for your dates.

Deposits: $250.00 deposit will hold your vacation home.

$500.00 Security Deposit, due with balance payment.
Security deposit will be returned with in 14 days of your departure dates.

Stays less than 7 nights the cleaning fee is now $150

Minimum Stay: 5 nights in low seasons all within the same week.
