We have a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, with private swimming pool & spa on the very sought after Indian Creek, perfectly located just four minutes away from all Walt Disney parks and attractions.

Close by is everything you need , restaurants, the world famous Outback Steakhouse. TGI Fridays bistro & wine bar, Carrabas for the finest Italian food, Subway for freshly made sandwiches, Taco Bell & The Cracker Barrel for good old fashioned cooking. Wynn Dixie supermarket for all your groceries, a liquor store for that bedtime drink, ATM machines for when you buy all those bargains to take back home. You really are close to it all .

We have added many personal touches to our home to make it extra special, the layout is as follows .

2 Luxury master suites with en-suite bathrooms, 1 queen room and 2 twin bedrooms, Cable television is provided in three of the bedrooms. Every room has been furnished to the highest standard, and the lounge has luxurious colour co-ordinated decor.

The Lounge / Great Room is 32'x15' and offers a place to relax and unwind. A large screen cable TV, DVD/VCR and sound system with CD player/radio are all there for your pleasure. A 3 seater luxury sofa and two 2 seater sofas provide comfort and luxury for our guests. For home entertainment we have added playstation 2, Playstation Games, Films, Box Games, Interactive TV Games, Cards, Books, etc.

The Dining area caters for that time when you want to eat in and consists of a large formal dining table and 6 chairs and is very luxurious.

The Kitchen/Nook is well equipped with full oven/hob, double sink unit with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric can opener, crockery, cutlery etc. A table with 6 chairs offers a further dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for your convenience.

The pool area is south facing and fully screened and has a large sun deck furnished with luxury table and chairs and sun lounge s. The pool can be heated if required and overlooks the green. This is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day or enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening as the sun sets before venturing out for night life.
