Further Description: Our villa has 5 double bedrooms (three rooms
with double beds and two rooms with twin beds). Two of the double bedded rooms have
en-suite bathrooms and there is a further full bathroom with WC and a separate WC
downstairs.
The villa is private to the rear where the pool is situated.

The villa has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high
standard throughout.
There is a separate dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen
with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional
seating. From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck
space with outside table, chairs and loungers. The master suite bedroom is on the ground
floor and overlooks the pool area. There is a separate Games Room including full size
Pool, Fusball and Table Tennis Tables plus Electronic Darts Board. Complimentary barbecue,
high speed internet and enhanced TV channel package (live UK news & sport). Utility
room includes large washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Hampton Lakes is situated on Highway 27, 2 miles south of the 192
and about 15 minutes drive from the Disney attractions in Florida.
