The downstairs air conditioned games area has an air hockey table, football table, bar and 44" tv with cable and dvd player. The family area has a 50" tv with cable and dvd player. Relax and unwind in the extended pool / spa area over looking the lake. This area provides seating / sun bathing for up to 12 guests, this includes pool towels and outside cloakroom. Why not select your own mood lighting color theme with a late night dip in the pool or spa. The whole ground floor of the villa and pool area offers surround sound which can be linked to the tv / computer / ipod / radio. There is also unlimited wi-fi internet access. This is a strictly non smoking villa - internal and external. N.B: The garage is not accessible to renters. (Used for owners personal storage) Cars may be parked on the driveway The Florida / Orlando Disney Area There is so much to see & do in Orlando - It is not called the Entertainment Capital of The World for nothing! Obviously we have Mickey and his Friends over at the 4 Disney Parks plus 2 water parks, Shamu and his pals over at Sea World & Various Super Hero’s at Universal Studios & Island of Adventure and don’t forget Busch Gardens & Cypress Gardens. It is a Golfing Paradise with Various Championship courses for those of you enjoys a game or Three. Other local attraction include Horse Riding, Helicopter Tours, Hovercraft/Airboat rides, Alligator Hunting, Water Skiing, fishing or general lazing in a boat on one of the many lakes, Surfing, Petting Farms, Adventure Golf & not forgetting Kennedy Space Centre is only an hour’s drive away.
