Further Description: Our luxury four bedroom home is situated on prestigious peaceful Hampton Lakes- yet is only a few minutes from the action packed Highway 192. It's 15 minutes from Disney and approx. 25 minutes from most other major attractions such as Seaworld, Epcot and Universal Studios.

We have on-site facilities which consist of children's play area, tennis, valley ball and basketball courts,communal swimming pool with cabana.

Our fully air conditioned home has 4 bedrooms, one queen size, one double and 2 twin. 2 bathrooms. The house can sleep 8-10 people,making it ideal for one or two families to have a luxurious and comfortable vacation.

The master bedroom, with en suite, walk in wardrobes,cable TV., clock radio and hair dryer overlooks our pool and the Orange Groves. We also have a crib and high chair at a small extra fee of $50.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything from a tin opener to a CD player and telephone. There is also a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The lounge has a three setae sofa, cable TV, video, DVD,coffee tables and games. The dining area and lounge also overlook the swimming pool and Orange Groves.

Our private screened pool area has lounges, chairs and table. The pool can be heated if required, for an extra cost per week.

In the evenings, after a busy day out, you can relax by the pool with the perfume of oranges and watch the fireworks from Disney in the distance.

Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your villa booking we need to be notified in writing as soon as possible and the following charges will apply
