There are 2 large Master King bedrooms, one with lounge area, both have balconies with seating. The Queen bedroom and bathroom is downstairs and there are 2 further twin rooms upstairs also with their own bathrooms, one leading onto the rear balcony. The bathrooms are beautifully fitted with marble surfaces and tiled floors & showers and the bedrooms all have TVs (4 with DVD players). Low Season: Jan.- Dec. $200.00 per night + 13% tax

High Season: June, July & Aug. $225.00 per night + 13% tax

All Holidays: $250.00 per night + 13% tax

  * A 13% tax is charged on nightly rental rates and pool heat per Osceola Tax Board

Cancellation Policy: If the balance of the amount shown on the booking form remains unpaid 10 (ten) weeks prior to the date of departure reserve the right to cancel the booking and in this event the deposit will be forfeit.Additionally, if the guest cancels at any other time then a cancellation charge will be levied as follows;

Period before departure date more than 70 days is deposit only.

Between 56 days and 70 days 50% of the total cost will be forfeit.

Less than 56 days 100% of total cost will be forfeit.

However if the property can be re-let on similar terms, then only the deposit may be forfeit at the discretion of the owner.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the person who signed the booking form and the cancellation date will be the date when the written cancellation reaches the owner.the owner may cancel the booking at any time prior to departure in and only in exceptional and justifiable circumstances and will not be under any liability what so ever to any person for loss, damage or inconvenience suffered there by,.Should this action arise after full payment has been made,the payment will be refunded in full if an alternative arrangement cannot be reached.

Deposit and total balance are non refundable  unless we can rebook this home for your dates.

You can also use your deposit to rebook new vacation dates.
