Further Description: This new villa was completed in 2004 and is
located in the gated Grand Reserve community which is within a wetlands conservation area
near to the Reunion and Champions Gate golf resorts just south of Disney.
This spacious (3,100sq ft) villa is on a single level and includes
4 themed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a family room, a formal dining room, breakfast nook,
fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a games room.
The family room, decorated in rich earth tones, includes a feature
fireplace and the main entertainment system. This system comprises a 42" Plasma
screen HD TV linked to a digital cable system offering in excess of 150 channels. In
addition there is a DVD/VCR combination and a theater surround sound system. A separate
CD/radio stereo sound system allows music to be played independently in most rooms and
also onto the pool deck.Sliding doors (fitted with a security system)give access from the
family room to the pool area.
The bedrooms, 1xKing bedroom, 1xQueen bedroom, 1xtwin bedroom and
1xbunk bedroom are themed to the different seasons of the year.
Spring is represented by the light and airy twin room with its
pastel colors and butterfly decorations. The height of summer in the USA is the 4th of
July and this is our theme for the bunkbed room with its vibrant colors. The more subdued
tones of Autumn have been used for the second master bedroom with its "falling
leaf" theme. Finally the master bedroom, with its King size bed, is decorated in rich
gold and black tones representing Winter.
A second set of sliding doors lead from the master bedroom directly
out onto the pool deck.
The extra large luxury pool and spa, with its glass wall feature,
are enclosed within an oversized screen house which allows ample space for enjoying the
Florida sunshine on the padded deck furniture provided. Outside the screen house is a
12x14ft decking area which provides a good viewpoint over the wetlands and lake. A large
covered lanai area allows for alfresco dining using the gas barbecue provided
The games room has a full size pool/billiards table which is also
marked out for English style snooker. A comprehensive set of traditional board games is
also available.
