The Villa is an executive style home with 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 2 family rooms, Dining room, breakfast room laundry room, and double garage. The ground floor and all bathroom boasts with top quality Italian ceramic tiles in soft cream color, and all bedrooms are fully carpeted wall to wall in light stone color.

There are three master bedrooms. The main master bedroom with king size bed, TV, super large bath, shower ,dressing area, two large walk-in closets, and double French doors leading to the pool. The other two master bedrooms with queen bed and en-suite. All three bedrooms come with two twin beds and walk in closets. On top of these beds the second family room has a queen size sofa bed if need. All of our linens and towels are of the finest quality to provide you with a luxurious vacation experience. ( For more detail please see photos ) All the furniture is of the top quality and with contemporary design most are specially made to order and found in the finest homes yet we have tried to provide all of the necessities you would possibly need.

We have two family rooms both designed to give you a spacious and harmony atmosphere. The main family room is spacious 22 ft by 18 ft with a 70 inches JVC satellite TV. The front family room is another spacious 15 ft by 16 ft room has a 32" satellite TV and a queen sofa settee. This family room is designed to provide a quiet atmosphere for example to read or to sit. While the main family room is the center of the house's gathering point, connecting to the kitchen, the breakfast room and the pool area through the double French doors.

Kitchens

The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded wooden cabinets and appliances. We endeavor to included all cutlery and equipment for whose who keen to cook. microwave, dishwasher, cooker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, full kitchen utensils, linens and towels. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners security alarm system linked to local emergency services

POOL AND SUN DECK

This Villa comes with an incredible large sun deck, (38 ft by 60 ft) which is the full width of the house (Approx. 1800 sq. ft ). This is a lot of space for 14 people. The pool has been enlarged specially to 38 ft by 15 ft with large step-in and children play area. It also come with colored optical light. Next to the main pool a large Jacuzzi can easily sit with eight adult. The whole sun deck is covered with micro mesh screen, this lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out. With the unique south east facing garden the sun is on the pool and sun decks area at the moment it rises.

The deck has matching soft upholstered pool furniture, 4 comfortable sun lounges, three side tables, eight chairs and a large table under cover Lanai area and also a small set of chair and table for younger guests plus a causal table and four chairs for adult.

SECURITY AND SAFETY

Our safety and security is important to us. All pool side doors and windows are alarmed and can only be de-activated by adults and older children. Interconnected smoke alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, wall safe, and security alarms with 24 hrs direct access to emergency services and security company. Although considered a safe and secure area the local sheriff patrols regularly.

We also have a management company available 24 hours 356 days a year to look after our home, keeping it in tip top condition for our guests.

More then 12 weeks before arrival deposit refunded if can rebook less $100 Admin. charge.

Less than 12 weeks and six weeks before arrival date will result 25% refund. If a subsequent booking is received

Cancellation with Six week before arrival will not received any refund unless a like to like booking is received.
