The house offers 3 Master Bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Each master bedroom offers a 27inch tv, vcr and cable.

Your family will also enjoy the other areas in the home including a large family room, a games room in the garage, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. After traveling with young children many times, we understand how stressful it can be to travel without all of the equipment that you have at home. With that in mind, we have tried to provide everything that a family with a young child might need. If we are missing something that you desire, please contact us and we can try to honor your request. Included in your rental price are:

The entire house offers air conditioning and heat for your comfort. All linens and towels are provided free of charge. Each bathroom is furnished with a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board on the first floor.

This villa is non-smoking however, ash trays are provided on the patio, for your use. No pets allowed. Pool heating is available upon request.

We have a 24 hour management company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully licensed and registered with state and county officials. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services regularly.

Charcoal BBQ is free with this home.

If a guest wants a gas BBQ:
