Further Description: Mickey's Maingate Manor is our Professionally Designed and Decorated Luxury Vacation Home. Located 5 minutes from the Walt Disney World Entrance, in the prestigious "Enclave" neighborhood of the Emerald Island Resort.

Emerald Island Resort is a gated community that encompasses over 300 acres and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. The winding entrance road is lined with palms, indigenous plants and decorative flowers, that contributes to the Emerald Island Resorts unique feel of peace and tranquillity in the otherwise bustling area of Disney Maingate. Once in the Resort you are welcomed by a playful dolphin fountain and a picturesque rotunda leading you to our Luxury Vacation Home.

Once you arrive at our home you will see that we have designed recreation areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities to suit multiple families. We have located 2 bedrooms downstairs for those who avoid stairs; the newest additions to the family or the matriarch and patriarchs.

Our Lake view and Wooded Conservation Area View is the crowning jewel to our home. The back of the home is lined with windows and a sliding glass door which allows you to view this tranquil vista from the entire home, which makes it hard to believe there is so much Disney Activity only 3 miles away. You may not want to leave. But in the end, when you do, leave a note in our guest book. Count the Mickeys in the home and compare notes with previous guests. Tuscan Romance is Master Bedroom Suite with soft serene shades and elegant antiquity. This restful retreat has a Pillow Top King Bed, TV with DVD/VCR walk in closet and bath suite with walk in shower.

The Cimarron Trail is a glimpse into the Cattle Baron's world of luxury at stops along the trail while following his investments (cattle). This Rustic/Exquisite room has a Pillow Top King Bed, Private Full Bath and TV with DVD/VCR.

The Plaza South is a bit of Sophisticated New York for the young ladies. Two Twin beds with toile canopies, Make-Up Mirror Dresser and TV with DVD/VCR. This room shares a Donald Duck Comic Book Theme Full Bath with "The Quarterdeck".

The Quarterdeck for our young lads, has 2 Twin Captain's Beds and 1 set of Bunk Beds (2 beds in a set). I'm sure I can feel the sea spray. This room shares a Donald Duck Comic Book theme Full Bath with "The Plaza South".

Cape Cod is cool and breezy blues and white with a touch of classic elegance, Pillow Top Queen bed. Private Full Bath and TV with DVD/VCR.

The Mickey's R and R with a 73" screen and surround sound Home Theater area, Pool Table, Air Hockey, and a 2nd Refrigerator is perfect for high energy recreation. Football games, Movies and Pool Tournament can be enjoyed without disturbing the entire house.

The Pool and Lanai Area has a spa, outdoor shower, extended decking, comfortable patio furniture, stainless steel grill, a fabulous lake and wooded view for privacy, and an oversized heated pool with southern exposure for year round enjoyment.

Kitchen Scene is fully equipped to make you feel like a gourmet chef. We have found the kitchen is where everyone automatically gathers. Our kitchen has a custom designed table 10' long, it is countertop height, and has a beautiful granite surface. This multifunction table can be used for projects, multi-person food prep, meal time seating for 12 and general gathering. Enough room so everyone can relax and enjoy family meals.

Our South Beach Loft was designed for teens or a ladies getaway. 42" Plasma TV, Game Table, Library, Puzzles, Board Games, X Box, and Computer and Internet Access provide an intimate gathering place.

Harry Potter's Closet is for our younger guests. We noticed our children always find a closet to create their own play room in. Now there is one specifically set aside with a fun theme, including Hedwig, located in the center of activity for unintrusive observation.

The Great Room is centrally located to the kitchen, has a 3 sofa conversation pit and can be used as an alternate movie location with a 53" TV screen and surround sound Home Theater.

Nightly minimum:

There is a 7 night minimum for Holiday Season.

For requests within 30 days of check in, we will accept a 4 night minimum, if there is a vacancy.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their booking at any time up to their check in date, with the understanding they will have to pay the following cancellation penalty:

Up to 60 days prior to check in date 20% of total rental fee.

Between 30 and 60 days prior to check in date, 50% of the rental fee.

Between 15 and 30 days prior to check in date, 75% of the rental fee.

Less than 15 days prior to the check in date, 100% of the rental fee.

Deposit Amount: $500.00 for a 1 week rental

Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 60 days prior to check in. There is also a $400.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded after check out when maintenance cleans and reports the home in good condition.

Minimum Stay: 4 night minimum within the 30 days prior to check in.
