Community Center Offers: The large clubhouse and
luxurious heated swimming pool are the center of
activity for the community. Free use of sun loungers and
a large deck area make it a perfect spot for a days
sunbathing. The clubhouse has something for everyone
including a spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room, a
meeting room for informal gatherings, and a computer for
guest access to the internet. Staff are on hand to
assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets or
transportation.

with pool sleeps up to 14 people so is ideal for family
groups. Beautifully furnished and equipped to an
extremely high standard, all bedrooms have flat screen
televisions with built in DVD. The games room is
equipped with pool table, air hockey, table football
and electronic dartboard.
The prestigious security gated Emerald Island resort is
close to shops and restaurants and is one of the
closest residential communities to Disney World (approx
3 miles).
Guests have free access to the clubhouse which has large
heated community pool and hot tub, tikka bar, gymnasium,
sauna, games room and cyber cafe. Kids play areas,
tennis courts, volley ball sand court and nature trail
are all located around the resort.

A deposit of 10% (nonreturnable) of the rental cost
is required to secure the booking.
The balance of the rental charge (90%) is payable 6
weeks prior to arrival dates.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be in writing
by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the
following charges apply: - loss of 10% deposit; 4weeks
prior to rental period , loss of half the rental
cost less than 3 weeks prior to rental period, the total
loss of rental cost. If we can get a replacement booking
for your rental period 50% of total cost will be
returned. Alteration charges up to £30 (US$50).
Appropriate travel insurance is recommended.
