Villa is situated in the exclusive gated community of
The Sanctuary at Westhaven. We offer you an executive
villa which is furnished to the highest standard. It
comprises of the Master Bedroom with en-suite with walk
in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom
with en-suite, and the other two bedrooms being twins
sharing the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have
DVD/TVs for your entertainment, there is also a formal
living room and dining area.
This air conditioned home was
built with a larger deck area giving you more room to
relax by our 28 ft pool and spa which has a 3ft shallow
end gradually increases to a 6ft depth. Pool safety is
paramount and all doors leading to the pool are alarmed,
along with a pool fence for the safety of our younger
guests (and your peace of mind). Although pool heat is
not essential most of the year it can prove to be most
welcome during the sometimes cooler months. The pool
looks out onto the Florida orange groves.
For the comfort and safety of all
guests no smoking is permitted in the villa.

Cancellation Policy: Providing
the owners receive written notice of cancellation not
less than 8 weeks prior to the actual booking date, the
signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance. It
is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure that
the signed cancellation letter reaches the owner. Email
cancellations are not acceptable. The reservation
deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is
received after 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
the signatory is liable to pay the full balance of the
final invoice. If the owner is successful in re letting
the property for all or part of the reservation period,
the full balance or the part balance of the final
invoice will be refunded. The owners reserve the right
to cancel any bookings providing written notice is given
and any balance paid refunded. In the unlikely event
that circumstances beyond our control, necessitate
cancellation of the booking, we will refund any monies
paid to the party leader. (Without interest,
compensation or consequential loss of any kind).
