The villa itself is like a model home.

All our furnishings, window dressings and art are upgraded and of the highest quality. (our home was as a Model home for a time by the builder!!) As you walk in, you will know exactly what this villa has in store it will take your breath away!!

The large living room with its double vaulted cathedral ceiling is a showpiece!! Consisting of two double sofas, you can watch the latest in TV viewing. A massive 57 wide screen multi channel cable TV with HDTV and DVD. ( you have to see the quality of HDTV to believe it!!) A separate dining room area with a fabulous wrought iron glass table seats six people. This really is a magnificent setting and if that is not enough there is also a second lounge area with two double sofas for extra privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools is everything you will need and will cater for your needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook wit table and four chairs.

Two bedrooms downstairs both tastefully decorated are separated by the downstairs bathroom. One Queen leads straight onto the pool area via patio doors and the other twin bedroom both have ample closet space.

Relax after the hard day at the theme park or just a day off in your own 28 x 15 foot heated (optional) swimming pool complimented by fabulous upholstered patio furniture. If the sun gets too much, our undercover lanai complete with fan will help you cool off!

To finish off downstairs, the garage has been converted into a fabulous games room consisting of The Eliminator 8 foot award winning pool table and championship Table Tennis ideal for the kids (never mind the kids its great for adults too!!)

If that isn t enough, upstairs has a sky lounge (yes a sky lounge!!) for the kids to play with Play station 2 or even for you to relax and watch TV as the rest of the family are hogging the massive TV downstairs.

There are two further twin beds upstairs both with TVs and separated by a further bathroom. Again tastefully decorated and both with ample closet space.

I have left the best for last.

The Master bedroom with its king sized bed is another showpiece Exclusively decorated and tastefully furnished. The patio doors lead onto your own balcony which overlooks the expanse of conservation and Orange Groves it really is a delight. Wake up in the morning to the sun streaming through the shades if there is a better feeling I want to know!! The private en suite has bath, shower (don t get lost in there!!) and his n her sinks and of course loads of closet space.
