This large home has a total of 3 separate living areas, 6 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms, so plenty of space for everyone!
On the ground floor of this great villa there are 2 living areas, one formal and the other is a family room which is a great room for the family to chill out after a hard day at the parks and watch some TV or a movie. There is comfortable sofas, tables, lamps, TV, DVD player, stereo etc all in this room.
Adjoining the family room is a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, all pots and pans, crockery, glassware and silverware are also supplied. There are 2 separate dining areas, one has a formal dining table and chairs and there is a less formal breakfast nook area overlooking the large pool deck and garden area.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have a double bed, built in closets, nightstand, lamp, dresser, TV.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 both have 2 twin (single) beds in each, Built in closet, nightstand, lamp.
Also on this upper level are 2 more full family bathrooms with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
The third living area is also located at this level and has sofas and tables.
Whilst we will agree that this villa maybe doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" that some of our other homes have it is still a very nice home and you certainly won't find better value for money!
Back downstairs and outside to your own private pool and deck. The pool deck has a large shady lanai for some respite from the hot Florida sun and is a perfect place to enjoy the great Florida outdoors. The large rear garden overlooks conservation woodland.
The sparkling pool has its very own spa attached and will be the perfect place to unwind after you get the kids off to bed.
