villa the entrance hall leads into a formal sitting room offering a
relaxing, elegant and comfortable environment where adults can sit
and have a quiet pre-dinner drink. Adjacent to the sitting room is
the formal dining room which offers sumptuous alternative
surroundings to Orlando's many restaurants.
The centre of the
villa hosts a huge open plan space family room where adults can
watch children in the TV area, enjoy breakfast in the family dining
space and relax after a hard days walking around the parks. The
kitchen contains everything you may need away from home including
oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge with ice machine
and even a blender for those evening cocktails!
The utility room
hosts a large washing machine and tumble dryer so you can wash the
few clothes you take with you, leaving plenty of suitcase space for
the goodies you take home.

bed with massage offering incredible comfort. Master Bathroom -

Pool and Jacuzzi

For the days you
wish to stay at home (and after you see the place you will!), the
outside areas of the villa are just as nice as the inside. The rear
of the property faces due south and the whole pool deck and patio
area is covered by a mesh screen 'lanai' to protect you from
Florida's insect population
The pool is an
above average 30 x 15 feet with an adjacent Jacuzzi spa.
Electrically heated for the cooler months and controlled by a simple
control panel this is the Rolls Royce of pools! Shade is no problem
given the 35 foot 'Out of Africa' style covered porch by the pool,
the perfect environment for keeping an eye on the kids whilst
sitting back and enjoying the conservation area view. Villa's with
this kind of view and not overlooked by other properties are rare.
Mobile Equipment
- Shower chair with front facing horseshoe shape, Molift 'Smart'
Portable electric hoist for use throughout the villa. US voltage
wheelchair charger power adapter (110V to 220V, to allow you to use
your UK charger). All other types of equipment you might need are
readily available for hire in Orlando.
