This great 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is perfect for those who want the best value for their $$$ but still want to be in a prestigeous gated resort community.
The home is located in Emerald Island Resort which is considered by many to be the best gated resort community in the Disney area. The location is just 5 minutes from the nearest Theme park and even less to highway 192 which has mile after mile of shopping, dining and minor attractions.
The home itself is located right at the back of the clubhouse so is about as close as you can get to the superb clubhouse and other great community ammenitoes which are all free to our guests.
The home has the added attraction of a lake view from the rear of the home which you can enjoy watching the local wildlife from the small patio area or the master bedroom balcony.
The home is fully equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay with us here in the land of magic and at an affordable price!
The master and second bedrooms have Queen size beds and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have tv's. There are 3 bathrooms in the home.
The living area is comfortably furnished with sofas, table, lamps, tv, dvd player. There is a dining area with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals and snacks and there is a separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer.
