This beautiful villa is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and many other Orlando area theme parks.

The Villa will accommodate up to 8 guests, is fully furnished and air conditioned. The villa has its own private screened in heated swimming pool with a large lanai for sunbathing and unusually spacious clear grassy areas both between villas, and particularly behind which adds privacy.

The villa accommodation comprises of a Master bedroom with queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom which includes all towels, flannels and a hairdryer, walk in closet, Cable TV, DVD, VCR and Radio alarm clock.

The open plan living space has 2 sofas, one of which has a double bed with sprung mattress.

We also provide Cable TV with over 200 channels including Free Premium channels Showtime and HBO , DVR recorder, DVD and VCR players, a Radio and CD Hi-Fi along with a selection of DVDs, CDs and computer games, and we have a selection of paperback books.

We have a free high speed wireless (broadband) internet connection for your laptop, voip phone, pda, Ipod etc, also free telephone calls to UK and USA landlines.

The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to six guests.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would expect at home and a breakfast bar with stools.

Games room which has an air hockey table, electronic basket ball game, a Play Station 2 with a good selection of games, along with other toys and games for the children.

The home also has a full size washing machine and tumble drier. There is an ironing board and iron, also a cot and highchair are available here for your use if required.
