Resort, a private, upscale gated community. Lake Berkley Resort lies in a quiet,
secluded enclave of luxurious private homes surrounded by wooded areas and orange groves.
We have a private clubhouse and recreational amenities, where you can enjoy your
own private lake with observation deck, splash in the swimming pool, enjoy tennis,
volleyball, a tot lot for the kids and a peaceful nature trail around the lake.
Our home backs to a conservation area for added privacy. This home sleeps 10-12
people and has 24-hour management service. Our professionally decorated home is
spacious and comfortable consisting of large kitchen, living room with queen sleeper,
dining room, king master bedroom with ensuite bath, queen second bedroom, two twin
bedrooms, family room with queen sleeper, laundry room with full size washer/dryer and two
car garage.
The home features high ceilings and a bright, airy atmosphere. All linens are
supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full
refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone. Sliding
patio doors from the master bedroom and family room open onto a screened patio, which
makes a delightful eating area by the private pool. The home features 4 TV's, 2
VCR's and a CD/Stereo system. We offer a high chair and port-a-crib at no extra
charge.
